Permanent residency applications

-  if you have been here for 4 years continuous work permit approved employment;

-  if you have been here for 4 years continuous stay under the UK Ancestry status;

-  If you are currently in the UK under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP), and have    total continuous stay of at least 48 months in categories that lead to settlement (e.g. work    permit holder, dependent);
